MUSIC MATE OFFERS FREE SHIPPING TO MAIN DISTRIBUTION POINTS (JOBURG, PRETORIA, CAPE TOWN & DURBAN) FOR ALL ORDERS OVER R1,000.00.

For all other regional areas, a custom order shipping fee will apply. Free Delivery is only for Economy Service and excludes Saturday Deliveries.

Please note that a 3-5 working day delivery period is expected after all moneys have cleared. Please note due to fraud screening you may be asked to provide a copy of your ID as well as a card used as proof of payment and delivery.

Returns

All returns are dealt with in an urgent manner to provide full customer satisfaction. We ask for your patience in our efforts to resolve any problem that may have occurred.

Any goods returned to us must be in original packing, undamaged and unused, with all accessories. Should you wish to cancel your order, please first inform us in writing and return the goods within 7 working days of receipt of the goods at your own cost. All returned goods need to be insured as Music Mate does not accept responsibility for goods not received or damaged in transit.

Please be aware that the product images on our website are here to offer a fair guideline of the colour and finish of the products. Music Mate cannot accept returns on colour match differences. Please contact us should there be a specific colour requirement prior to despatch.

Music Mate reserves the right to refuse a full refund on goods returned should they not be returned complete as supplied, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. NO USED GOODS WILL BE REFUNDED.
